Services

Alpine Exteriors Orlando provides professional exterior contracting services including siding installation, roofing, window replacement, deck installation, and related home improvement services in the Orlando, Florida area.

Estimates and Contracts

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
• Written contracts are required for all projects over $1,000
• Changes to approved work orders must be documented in writing
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during work

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts
• Final payment is due upon project completion and customer approval
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in contracts
• We accept cash, check, and credit card payments

Warranties

We provide comprehensive warranties on our workmanship:

• Labor warranty: 2-5 years depending on service type
• Material warranties: As provided by manufacturers
• James Hardie siding: Up to 30-year manufacturer warranty
• Roofing systems: Up to 25-year manufacturer warranty

Liability and Insurance

Alpine Exteriors Orlando maintains full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability for any project is limited to the contract value of that specific project.

Property Access and Preparation

• Customers must provide clear access to work areas
• Valuable items near work areas should be protected or moved
• Utility locations must be clearly marked before work begins
• Pets should be secured during work hours for safety

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply for work already completed or materials ordered. Details are specified in individual contracts.
